In the 20th minute Gavino Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achebe Aguele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dante Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abelardo Amaya in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Achebe Aguele prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Achebe Aguele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Amaya in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Honorato Mantzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Tirso struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Octavio Vito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Theobald FC. Dante Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Vito having to interfere. Theobald FC's Achebe Aguele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Amaya in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Crescencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes of play, Talleres lo mas's Americo Elorri made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achebe Aguele was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Abelardo Amaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 minutes, Ismael Paez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Theobald FC and the Talleres lo mas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Achebe Aguele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Francesco in the 76th minute of the match. Achebe Aguele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Berrios in the 78th minute of play. Achebe Aguele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Amaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achebe Aguele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talleres lo mas. In the 97thth minute of the game Abelardo Amaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Theobald FC's Achebe Aguele was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Talleres lo mas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
