Ahrenfeld FC's Benicio Ostots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Bermudez in the 7th minute of play. Benicio Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Sugoi in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Ahrenfeld FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Benicio Acuña hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Sugoi in the 14th minute of play forced Ahrenfeld FC's goalkeeper Benicio Ostots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benicio Ostots took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Bingen in the 20th minute of play forced Ahrenfeld FC's goalkeeper Benicio Ostots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The coaching staff of Ahrenfeld FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leo Erdiano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Ahrenfeld FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Melincué:s goal. Benicio Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Sugoi in the 36th minute of play. Benicio Ostots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Bingen, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Gaston Arlo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Melincué's Marciano Sugoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Ostots made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Bermudez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benicio Ostots made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Segundo Bingen sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, Ahrenfeld FC's goalkeeper Benicio Ostots had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Bingen. In the 60th minute, Melincué's Joaquin Bermudez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Sebastian Celipe's late challenge caught a Melincué's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Celipe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Sebastian Celipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benicio Ostots acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hector Libertad. After 67 played minutes Ahrenfeld FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Rosio. Marciano Sugoi shot from long distance in the 67th minute, but Benicio Ostots was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 72nd minute, Segundo Bingen made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Ostots. Ahrenfeld FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 74th match minute, Melincué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Sugoi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Melincué's Marciano Sugoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benicio Ostots. That made the score 0-7 after 79 minutes of play. Benicio Ostots was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Segundo Bingen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 83 minute of play. In the 86th minute, Marciano Sugoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benicio Ostots was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9.
