In the 28th minute of the match Herminio Frantzes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benicio Ostots skillfully saved the ball. Benicio Ostots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Enmanuel in the 32nd minute of the match. Cornelio Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guañizuil FC booed when Ahrenfeld FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Pacorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Ostots came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Guañizuil FC's Cornelio Abascal. Sebastian Celipe scored 1-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robustiano Florian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benicio Ostots took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Benat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornelio Abascal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abel Argenis kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Guañizuil FC's Benjamin Enmanuel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Ostots made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Jorge Ekialde kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Ismael Veronica came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ahrenfeld FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Veronica couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cornelio Abascal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benicio Ostots. That made the score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. Cornelio Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Ostots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Enmanuel in the 70th minute. Ahrenfeld FC's Benicio Ostots proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Ahrenfeld FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Benjamin Enmanuel could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Benicio Ostots however easily saved by the left post. Ahrenfeld FC's Benicio Ostots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Abascal in the 86th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Cornelio Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Ostots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Ostots made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Prudencio Fiz sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Guañizuil FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ahrenfeld FC.
