Alonzo Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Victorino Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Ziemniak in the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Edward Ziemniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Ascensión's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Tomaka came free, but Victorino Jerrald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Ignado hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Robert Lipmeister sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorino Jerrald skillfully saved the ball. Robert Lipmeister hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, oel's Jorge Aznaro got control of the ball when Anibal Ignado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, oel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Lipmeister to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to oel getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Edward Ziemniak hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gonzalo Castellani managed to get in a good position for a shot. oel's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Castellani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Jerrald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Edward Ziemniak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Victorino Jerrald was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saturnino Sagrario hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Robert Lipmeister shot a long shot in the 41st minute and a light blocked Victorino Jerrald hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in oel's zone, Leandro Muno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Aznaro came out of the goal and Leandro Muno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Leandro Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jorge Aznaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ascensión's Victorino Jerrald got control of the ball when Gonzalo Castellani tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute oel were awarded a corner. Robert Lipmeister went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Robert Lipmeister got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victorino Jerrald quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Anibal Ignado kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, Ascensión's Victorino Jerrald got control of the ball when Gonzalo Castellani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorino Jerrald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Ziemniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Victorino Jerrald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Ascensión's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gonzalo Castellani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anibal Ignado during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Anibal Ignado came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Ascensión fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Ignado couldn't finish the play. If Leandro Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santo Sabin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Saturnino Sagrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Aznaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Moises Montel charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Montel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Montel hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ascensión defense, Edward Ziemniak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Jerrald. The Ascensión fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Jerrald should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute, Melquiades Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Lipmeister's shot from long distance in the 93rd minute was not bad at all, but Ascensión's Victorino Jerrald knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 93 played minutes Ascensión got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Tulio. oel's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
