C. A. Ituzaingo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrodilla the free kick. Roman Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Armando Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Columbo in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, C. A. Ituzaingo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Carrodilla to win.
