Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fabio Jenaro made the kick off which started today's match. Leon Eneas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Fulgencio Eli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejo Ubelteso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Jenaro went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alejo Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Jenaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Fabio Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Jenaro struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Alejo Ubelteso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Ribera F.C.. La Ribera F.C.'s Fulgencio Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Eneas in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lima's Matias Emesto got a free kick in the 25th minute. Fabio Jenaro took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejo Ubelteso. Alejo Ubelteso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute Fabio Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Eli had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Evaristo Hori's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Evaristo Hori did an outstanding performance 49 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-2 to the right of an irritated Fulgencio Eli in the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leon Eneas to make the kick off. After 61 minutes of play, Lima's Leon Eneas made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Eli was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the game, Lima's Melquiades Henry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Eli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 77 minutes into the match, Felipe Olo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Ubelteso. Lima's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Olo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. After a rather tough play, Lima's Rodolfo Piarres got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Leon Eneas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Ribera F.C. played a much better game than Lima and deserved their victory. The Lima players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
