Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Damaso Christobal got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Sueldos booed when Higuera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Olentzaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Oinatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Oinatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Perutxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Severo Mirande struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Damian Oinatz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sueldos. If Damaso Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Farias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Gau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavio Perutxo in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Oinatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Perutxo was the one to do the kick off. Damaso Christobal charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damaso Christobal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Damaso Christobal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ricardo Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octavio Perutxo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Damian Oinatz made a huge save. If Nicolas James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higuera FC's Damian Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Perutxo in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute Damaso Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Perutxo in the 80th minute of play. With his leg Damian Oinatz managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Sueldos's Octavio Perutxo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Damian Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Perutxo in the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Higuera FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gaston Lopes hit a great ball. Octavio Perutxo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Damian Oinatz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Octavio Perutxo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Damian Oinatz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Higuera FC could leave the field as winners, despite Sueldos having more of the ball for most of the match.
