Full Metal FC's Fred Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fred Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Academia de Nueva Italia's goalkeeper Anacleto Gizon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Leite. Anacleto Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Dalmu in the 26th minute of play. Guaberto Dalmu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Victorino Dolcet in the 31st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 33rd minute, Raul Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Gizon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Full Metal FC's Fred Leite shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When Fred Leite came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Full Metal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Leite couldn't finish the play. After having played for 41 minutes, Raul Abaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia de Nueva Italia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Abaurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guaberto Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Gizon having to interfere. Anacleto Gizon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Abaurre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Fred Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Full Metal FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jaime Txatxu hit a great ball. Full Metal FC's Fred Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fred Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anacleto Gizon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Guaberto Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Academia de Nueva Italia's Anacleto Gizon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Dalmu in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Casimiro Benvide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Gizon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Guaberto Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Bela hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Victorino Dolcet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Dan Rosén made a huge save. 91 minutes into the game, Alonzo Delfino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Full Metal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academia de Nueva Italia the free kick. After 91 played minutes Full Metal FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Delfino. Guaberto Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Gizon having to interfere. There was no doubt that Full Metal FC were the better team. Full Metal FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
