Anacleto Gizon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Sol in the 22nd minute of play. The Academia de Nueva Italia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anacleto Gizon should have stopped the shot. Anacleto Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Sol in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Colegio Ward's Leonel Vasco got a free kick in the 45th minute. Raul Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Tulio having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Abaurre to make the kick off. Anacleto Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Sol in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Barrionuevo during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 61 minutes into the game, one of Colegio Ward:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Victorino Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Raul Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Colegio Ward booed when Academia de Nueva Italia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Egoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Colegio Ward's Paolo Barrionuevo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Academia de Nueva Italia's Anacleto Gizon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Academia de Nueva Italia from getting a goal against them. Colegio Ward's Arturo Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Abaurre in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Raul Abaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia de Nueva Italia's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Abaurre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Tulio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Gizon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Sol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Arturo Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Dolcet in the 98th minute of play forced Colegio Ward's goalkeeper Arturo Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Colegio Ward players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Academia de Nueva Italia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
