The referee ignored Full Metal FC's protests and gave Alonzo Delfino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Asado Violento booed when Full Metal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonzo Delfino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Full Metal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Dalmu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Bermund hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Hipolito Tonio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Rosén. Full Metal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hipolito Tonio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Leite made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guaberto Dalmu in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Estevez saved Asado Violento from getting behind. In the 56th minute, Jaime Txatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Otsoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dan Rosén made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Jaime Txatxu notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Asado Violento's Feliciano Estevez. Feliciano Estevez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. During the 63rd minute of the match Faustino James completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Faustino James a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Asado Violento's Feliciano Estevez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Dalmu in the 88th minute of play. Fred Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Guaberto Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Leite in the 97th minute of play forced Asado Violento's goalkeeper Feliciano Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Full Metal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
