The supporters of Colegio Ward booed when Rey Garufa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Falkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Cipriano Iruinea a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Theodore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute there was a penalty for Rey Garufa FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Ezequiel Sol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Endura. That made the score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. Rey Garufa FC's Rodrigo Endura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Rey Garufa FC from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute, Ezequiel Sol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rey Garufa FC's Armando Theodore got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
