After 14 minutes, Emanuel Llorian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sesteadero FC and the Amaná Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Julian Su managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Sesteadero FC's Emanuel Llorian fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Amaná Futbol Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sesteadero FC:s goal. Sesteadero FC's Silvestre Iturri suffered a sore thigh after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 41 minutes, Luisito Berasko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amaná Futbol Club and the Sesteadero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julian Su made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Tipi in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Amaná Futbol Club defense, Americo Hats kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julian Su. The Amaná Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julian Su should have stopped the shot.
