Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barreal's David Niva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, one of Barreal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alberto Oliverios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Goren went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Llorian got free with Alberto Oliverios in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Barreal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sesteadero FC:s goal. After some careless play in the Barreal defense, Fabian Goren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Oliverios. The Barreal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Oliverios should have stopped the shot. Alberto Oliverios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Toribio in the 16th minute of play. Cornelio Toribio hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, Denis Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sesteadero FC the free kick. In the 21st minute, Denis Blai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barreal's Paulo Roderigo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Oliverios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Toribio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Roderigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Roderigo took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sergio Millano. Sergio Millano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 37 minutes into the match, Sesteadero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Roderigo came free, but Sergio Millano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Niva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sergio Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelio Toribio's late challenge caught a Barreal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Toribio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sesteadero FC's Cornelio Toribio got a free kick in the 40th minute. Sesteadero FC's Sergio Millano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Roderigo in the 42nd minute of play. Paulo Roderigo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Sergio Millano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barreal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

After 62 played minutes Sesteadero FC got a freekick which was hit by Americo Hats. After 63 minutes, Benito Tipi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sesteadero FC and the Barreal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Benito Tipi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Sesteadero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Roderigo came free, but Sergio Millano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Niva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Roderigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Sesteadero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Roderigo came free, but Sergio Millano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Niva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Millano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barreal's Lázaro Quirce got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Emanuel Llorian fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sesteadero FC's protests and gave Emanuel Llorian a yellow card for diving instead. Sergio Millano made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when David Niva sent off a good shot on target. Cornelio Toribio was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. David Niva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Sergio Millano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Barreal's Paulo Roderigo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Many of Barreal's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Barreal may have spent more time on the ball, but Sesteadero FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
