Spectators: 7415 (Terracing: 5550, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) David Trezeguet started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6thth minute of the game David Trezeguet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muñoz FC's Tiburcio Eron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 7th play minutes David Trezeguet shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Tiburcio Eron and just under the crossbar into goal. David Trezeguet scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Eron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Godofredo Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to C.A Costa Azul getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ceferino Piorno hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-3 when David Trezeguet sped through Muñoz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiburcio Eron. The audience was convinced that David Trezeguet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiburcio Eron was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Dorel Şania kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tomás Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Costa Azul's zone, Elvio Unax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Lauro came out of the goal and Elvio Unax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Muñoz FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A Costa Azul were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Brun to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tomás Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A Costa Azul's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Eron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Trezeguet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tiburcio Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Tomás Sá had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiburcio Eron. Muñoz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Sá was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Trezeguet in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Eron saved Muñoz FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Muñoz FC defense, Tomás Sá kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiburcio Eron. The Muñoz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiburcio Eron should have stopped the shot. After 66 played minutes C.A Costa Azul got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Sá. When Elvio Unax fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muñoz FC's protests and gave Elvio Unax a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 74 minutes, David Trezeguet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A Costa Azul's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Trezeguet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Tomás Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Trezeguet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Tiburcio Eron skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, David Trezeguet put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Tiburcio Eron. In the 86th minute, David Trezeguet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Eron was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. In the 88th minute, David Trezeguet made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Eron. Muñoz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. David Trezeguet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godofredo Brun's late challenge caught a C.A Costa Azul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Brun helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Muñoz FC's Godofredo Brun got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Tomás Sá got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Trezeguet in the 96th minute of play forced Muñoz FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Eron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A Costa Azul played a much better game than Muñoz FC and deserved their victory. The Muñoz FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
