After taking down the ball on Universidad Buenos Aires's corner Agustin Oskarbi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aquiles Berto quite easily take care of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Ekain made a kick off. Aquiles Berto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Mon went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Universidad Buenos Aires's Ciriaco Martinez got a free kick in the 57th minute. Eriberto Frasco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aquiles Berto. MDB King's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eduardo Ekain kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in MDB King's zone, Alfonso Ekain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Berto came out of the goal and Alfonso Ekain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Berto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Ekain in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, MDB King was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Dabi to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Alfonso Ekain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Universidad Buenos Aires fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
