Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teo Manex took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes, Marco Barrionuevo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KRAKEN A.C. and the Congreso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marco Barrionuevo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Denis Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Tab in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Tab in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Sotil saved KRAKEN A.C. from getting behind. Segundo Tab received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Denis Sotil came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Tab slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Segundo Tab's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Sotil was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. A collision led to KRAKEN A.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Paulo Gaizkine hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Segundo Tab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to KRAKEN A.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mariano Lluis hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, KRAKEN A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Tab came free, but Denis Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Congreso booed when KRAKEN A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Gaizkine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Tab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Denis Sotil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Sotil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benicio Eliazar in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Segundo Tab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denis Sotil made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Benicio Eliazar sent off a good shot on target. During the 42nd minute of the match Marco Barrionuevo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marco Barrionuevo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 46th minute, Benicio Eliazar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denis Sotil. The goal made the score 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Denis Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Tab in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to KRAKEN A.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Paulo Gaizkine hit a great ball. Benicio Eliazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Segundo Tab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Tab struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Denis Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Congreso. Segundo Tab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Denis Sotil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Segundo Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, KRAKEN A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Eliazar came free, but Denis Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Tab's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Sotil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benicio Eliazar in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Sotil saved KRAKEN A.C. from getting behind. The Congreso fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Congreso's Segundo Tab looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Segundo Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Congreso had played much better football throughout.
