The supporters of Enpenumbras FC booed when La Dropeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Hodei didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Felipe Sayvion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquilino Frances. La Dropeta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Sayvion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Rigoberto Sindo's late challenge caught a Enpenumbras FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Sindo helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes La Dropeta got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Sindo. Aureliano Galindo, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Sayvion in the 41st minute of play forced La Dropeta's goalkeeper Aquilino Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Ramon Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Eliseo Ixaka came out of the goal and Ramon Sagrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alonzo Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquilino Frances showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Sayvion in the 70th minute of the match. Enpenumbras FC's Eliseo Ixaka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Enpenumbras FC from getting a goal against them. After 97 minutes Enpenumbras FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cecilio Bittor who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cecilio Bittor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Enpenumbras FC's Eliseo Ixaka did a great save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Enpenumbras FC had played much better football throughout.
