In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heineken FC's goalkeeper Barnett Malacarne, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barnett Malacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Txurio in the 15th minute of play. Arnaldo Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Ongile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Iaki hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Arturo Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Frances having to interfere. If Salvador Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Ongile kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heineken FC's goalkeeper Barnett Malacarne, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alonzo Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Txurio scored 2-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barnett Malacarne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Igor Txurio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Luís Gustavo Moraes was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
