With a left leg Eriberto Tercero saved Rosetti FC from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, Rosetti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Frantzes came free, but Eriberto Tercero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nunez Emesto came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Santo Rosalio could save by the left post. 19 minutes into the match, ◀ Red Rooster ▶'s goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Salvator came free, but Santo Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Urko struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Eriberto Tercero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ◀ Red Rooster ▶. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Frantzes in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Tercero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gogo Frantzes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Frantzes scored 2-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriberto Tercero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santo Rosalio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Emesto in the 42nd minute. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Jacobo Goito took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Santo Rosalio to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florencio Salvator to strike the kick off in the second half.
