Rogelio Erruki hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Remigiusz Pacholewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. POC Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Pacholewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Tiniebra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amancio Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Villiam Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Diaz in the 22nd minute of play. POC Futbol Club's Villiam Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Frances in the 24th minute of play. Villiam Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Mino in the 31st minute of play forced POC Futbol Club's goalkeeper Villiam Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes POC Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Mateusz Ulman. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Remigiusz Pacholewski made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Tiniebra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Pacholewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Legionarios's Carlos Mino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Lindström having to interfere. Villiam Lindström made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Carlos Mino sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Remigiusz Pacholewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The POC Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, POC Futbol Club could leave the field as winners, despite Legionarios having more of the ball for most of the match.
