Nicolas Hermon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zacarias Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Hermon, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Florentino Rumaldo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Hermon to make the kick off. Pidagasan's Carmelo Elodio suffered a concussion in the 66th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Lisandro Nalo's late challenge caught a Pidagasan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Nalo helped the player get up and apologised. Pidagasan's Jonatan Isaio was substituted for Carmelo Elodio. Lisandro Nalo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Hermon couldn't finish the play.
