Amancio Frances's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Precioso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. The referee ignored Legionarios's protests and gave Vicente Poz a yellow card for diving instead. Alfredo Precioso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Blackwater's goalkeeper Alfredo Precioso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Mino. After 89 played minutes Blackwater got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Ugutz. In the 90th minute, Carlos Mino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Precioso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 96th match minute, Blackwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Diegotxe to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Alfredo Precioso made a huge save. Alfredo Precioso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Mino in the 99th minute. In the 100th match minute, Blackwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Ugutz to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Legionarios left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Blackwater.
