Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florentino Rumaldo started the match with the kick off. Rene Medero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Theodore in the 5th minute. Zacarias Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Cordeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zacarias Salvator read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Florentino Rumaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rene Medero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Efrain Theodore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Medero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Francisco Marko hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Zacarias Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Mino in the 35th minute of the match. After 36th play minutes Freddy Godoy shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Zacarias Salvator and just under the crossbar into goal. When Martin Dominguez came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Pintura integral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Dominguez couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esquel's goalkeeper Zacarias Salvator, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Godoy was the one to do the kick off. Pintura integral's Martin Dominguez got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prudencio Curcio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zacarias Salvator. Esquel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Freddy Godoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pintura integral's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Godoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Godoy in the 62nd minute of play forced Esquel's goalkeeper Zacarias Salvator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Salvator didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. In the 68thth minute of the game Florentino Rumaldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pintura integral's Rene Medero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th match minute, Pintura integral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Jurdan to maneuver through the defense. If Marcos Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Godoy got in the 75th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Zacarias Salvator handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Fulgencio Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes Pintura integral got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Rolado. In the 80th minute of the match Hector Cortez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Medero skillfully saved the ball. 91 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pintura integral's Freddy Godoy fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Freddy Godoy put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Salvator. When the final whistle sounded Pintura integral left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Esquel.
