The referee showed Wilfredo Botello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Huracan de los Feris's Wilfredo Botello got a free kick in the 30th minute. Virgilio Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Loco in the 37th minute of play forced Kuryaki FC's goalkeeper Honorato Ursino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Huracan de los Feris's Jacobo Baleren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Ursino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Soter got free with Basilio Salbatore in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Tomi to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Jacobo Baleren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huracan de los Feris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Baleren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 53 minutes into the match, Kuryaki FC's goalkeeper Honorato Ursino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Loco. 54 minutes into the match, Kuryaki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Baleren came free, but Honorato Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Soter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Virgilio Tomi came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Kuryaki FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Tomi couldn't finish the play. Huracan de los Feris's Basilio Salbatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Tomi in the 76th minute of play. Jacobo Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Honorato Ursino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jacobo Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Jacobo Baleren took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Honorato Ursino to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th minute Fabricio Camerino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Huracan de los Feris walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
