With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Haritzeder in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Rufo saved Catulo Castillo from getting behind. Pascual Deunoro struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Leonardo Rufo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asociacion Zbigniew. Adan Haritzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adan Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Catulo Castillo's Oscar Sansone managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gavino Henry in the 29 minute of the game. Salvador Alonso charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Alonso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Asociacion Zbigniew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Alonso to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 34 in the game by Delmiro Emeterio from a close distance when the talented Freddy Cesaro managed to make a qualified save. Asociacion Zbigniew's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Deunoro in the 36th minute of play forced Catulo Castillo's goalkeeper Leonardo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Haritzeder might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Rufo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adan Haritzeder ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Ortle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Rufo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adan Haritzeder made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Adan Haritzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Adan Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asociacion Zbigniew's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Haritzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Rufo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aristides Quentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Adan Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asociacion Zbigniew's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Haritzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Rufo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adan Haritzeder in the 66th minute. Adan Haritzeder struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Leonardo Rufo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asociacion Zbigniew. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Tono in the 69th minute of play forced Catulo Castillo's goalkeeper Leonardo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Catulo Castillo defense, Esteve Ortle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Rufo. The Catulo Castillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Rufo should have stopped the shot. Gavino Henry made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Catulo Castillo's Oscar Sansone. Asociacion Zbigniew's Salvador Alonso got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Salvador Alonso off the ground. After a rather tough play, Asociacion Zbigniew's Salvador Alonso got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 83rd minute, Pascual Deunoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Asociacion Zbigniew's Pascual Deunoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Rufo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Leonardo Rufo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Jurdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Aristides Quentin took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Cesaro. Freddy Cesaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Asociacion Zbigniew supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Asociacion Zbigniew would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
