Brunito FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lucas Cai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Cordario in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Brunito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Herauso came free, but Lucas Cai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Esdras struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Baldomiro Laffitte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunito FC. In the 21st minute, Alvaro Cordario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cayuqueo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Erasmo Koldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cayuqueo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brunito FC the free kick. A collision led to Cayuqueo FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erasmo Koldo hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match Maximo Abadia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomiro Laffitte skillfully saved the ball. When Brunito FC's Amadeo Criston in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cayuqueo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Brunito FC's Lucas Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Truylos in the 33rd minute of play. When Sergio Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Cayuqueo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Karlo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Brunito FC's zone, Gaspar Herauso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Cai came out of the goal and Gaspar Herauso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Cai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Cordario in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Cayuqueo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Herauso made a kick off. Amadeo Criston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Cordario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Lucas Cai made a huge save. Leon Esdras kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Brunito FC's goalkeeper Lucas Cai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Cordario. Eulalio Evangelista hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. One of Brunito FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cayuqueo FC:s goal. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Cayuqueo FC. Sergio Karlo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lucas Cai. 0-2. Jaime Frans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Cai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Cordario went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cayuqueo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
