Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Gustau in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Guifre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, C.A. Real Pozuelos's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Gustau came free, but Aristides Guifre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Marcones took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Guifre. Aristides Guifre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Baltasar Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Aristides Guifre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Gustau in the 22nd minute of play forced C.A. Real Pozuelos's goalkeeper Aristides Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gogo Marcones came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Club Atlético Boedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Marcones couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Real Pozuelos's zone, Higinio Gustau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Guifre came out of the goal and Higinio Gustau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Marcones in the 28th minute of play forced C.A. Real Pozuelos's goalkeeper Aristides Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Higinio Gustau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Real Pozuelos's Aristides Guifre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gogo Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Guifre having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Gimenez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Santiago Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Guifre made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Higinio Gustau sent off a good shot on target. Gogo Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Aristides Guifre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, C.A. Real Pozuelos's Aristides Guifre got control of the ball when Higinio Gustau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Guifre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 66th minute Gogo Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Guifre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Gustau got free with Aristides Guifre in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to C.A. Real Pozuelos getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Carlos Paublo hit a great ball. With a little luck, C.A. Real Pozuelos's Aristides Guifre got control of the ball when Patricio Iago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tadeo Berasko charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Berasko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tadeo Berasko hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Aristides Guifre made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Higinio Gustau sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Paublo's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Boedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Paublo helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. Real Pozuelos's goalkeeper Aristides Guifre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Damian Gimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes Club Atlético Boedo got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Cuartio. Higinio Gustau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Aristides Guifre made a huge save. Club Atlético Boedo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
