Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Generoso Matia kicked off to start the match. 8 minutes into the match, Vitmer's Generoso Matia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigio Donnarumma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mauricio Ur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigio Donnarumma having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Orlando Primeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Ponc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Bernabel kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Primeiro in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Ponc saved Vitmer from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Mauricio Ur got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 37 minutes, Mauricio Ur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vitmer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Ur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Generoso Matia came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Vitmer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Matia couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Norberto Idacio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Ponc. Vitmer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norberto Idacio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Vitmer players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lagunillas were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Primeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Norberto Idacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Primeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando Primeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Iker Corderro struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Denis Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lagunillas. Agustin Maiorga kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Vitmer got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Crispo. Orlando Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Ponc having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Matia in the 67th minute of play forced Lagunillas's goalkeeper Gigio Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Vitmer got a corner. Lagunillas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernan Luzea ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Fernan Luzea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gigio Donnarumma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Orlando Primeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Ponc was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. If Orlando Primeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Matia struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Gigio Donnarumma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vitmer. 79 minutes into the match, Lagunillas's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Ur came free, but Gigio Donnarumma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Ponc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Denis Ponc was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Orlando Primeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Orlando Primeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After 86 played minutes Lagunillas got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Haritzeder. When the final whistle sounded Lagunillas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vitmer.
