Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Froilan Lain got the match started through his kick off. Asturias's Elias Argina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Iztal in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Asturias getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Severiano Maurin hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Asturias's zone, Orlando Peyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Argina came out of the goal and Orlando Peyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Generoso Iztal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Argina. Asturias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Generoso Iztal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute, Christian Cristofol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Christian Cristofol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Pikin's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Cristofol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Argina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Epifanio Lluciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Pikin's Orlando Peyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Argina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Asturias booed when Club Atlético Pikin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Raebert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Pikin made a substitution. Florentino Javiar replaced Orlando Peyo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Maraman was the one to do the kick off. Christian Cristofol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Argina having to interfere. Elias Argina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Iztal, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Delmiro Breogan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asturias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Pikin the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Froilan Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Pikin's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Lain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 70th minute, Club Atlético Pikin's Christian Cristofol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elias Argina. Elias Argina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Jacinto Raebert hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Elias Argina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Lain in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Club Atlético Pikin were awarded a corner. Froilan Lain went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Froilan Lain got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elias Argina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 84 minutes into the match, Albano Oriol notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Club Atlético Pikin's Manfredo Vander. Manfredo Vander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florentino Javiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Argina having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Ciano during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
