But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Casomiro couldn't finish the play. Saul Mannie in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Javier Raphael, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

Charatas FC's Dionisio Iraido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Charatas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Saul Mannie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Higinio Gustau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charatas FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
