If Roberto Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robles's Benjamin Pelagius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Fenomeno in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Robles's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Rik came free, but Benjamin Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Pelagius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Roberto Fenomeno made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Pelagius. Robles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Jonas Frances fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Robles's protests and gave Jonas Frances a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Robles! Roberto Fenomeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Octavio Rik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Pelagius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Benjamin Pelagius came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Cieneguita PQ's Octavio Rik. But to his dismay, Octavio Rik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 34th match minute, Cieneguita PQ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Artal to maneuver through the defense. Robles's Benjamin Pelagius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Rik in the 38th minute of play. Mazarópi Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Birila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Nicanor Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazarópi Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Brun hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Roberto Fenomeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Pelagius having to interfere. Benjamin Pelagius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Fenomeno went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The Robles players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cieneguita PQ were winning 0-5.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Brun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alonzo Florin hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Benjamin Pelagius made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Roberto Fenomeno sent off a good shot on target. Robles's Benjamin Pelagius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Robles from getting a goal against them. Cleto Brun charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Brun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benjamin Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Fenomeno in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Robles getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Alonzo Florin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Haroldo Artal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cieneguita PQ's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Artal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Pelagius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Cieneguita PQ's Roberto Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Pelagius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Pelagius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Fenomeno went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Roberto Fenomeno scored 0-7 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Pelagius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Robles's zone, Roberto Fenomeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Pelagius came out of the goal and Roberto Fenomeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mazarópi Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Mazarópi Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Brun in the 80th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, one of Cieneguita PQ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 90th minute of the match Cieneguita PQ got a corner. Robles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Artal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cieneguita PQ's Amado Garcia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benjamin Pelagius in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kemal Ulucan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Mazarópi Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Birila in the 94th minute of the match. Cieneguita PQ's Mazarópi Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Brun in the 95th minute of play. Benjamin Pelagius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Fenomeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Robles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Roberto Fenomeno scored to the left of an out of position Benjamin Pelagius, making the score, 1-8. Cieneguita PQ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
