With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Osoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Salvador Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th match minute, Juega Duro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Olo to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Maurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, La Academia Racing Club's Fausto Maurin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melchor Osoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Felipo in the 38th minute of play forced La Academia Racing Club's goalkeeper Clodoveo Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Marco Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Narciso Erauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Nahia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clodoveo Fidensio. La Academia Racing Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Juega Duro FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Salvador Olo hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Clodoveo Fidensio was a little too slow when Marcial Sesuldo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-2. When La Academia Racing Club's Marco Quilino in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. La Academia Racing Club's Adan Iago managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gervasio Nahia in the 80 minute of the game. If Marco Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Juega Duro FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
