Elias Restu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Zacarias Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bravona. The audience was convinced that Ceferino Bertin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zacarias Neto was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 22nd match minute, Pericotes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Olayo to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Ceferino Bertin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zacarias Neto. Pericotes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ceferino Bertin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Tartalo in the 36th minute of play forced Bravona's goalkeeper Lorenzo Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Bertin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Zacarias Neto made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionisio Gartzi was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pericotes's zone, Ceferino Bertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Neto came out of the goal and Ceferino Bertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zacarias Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Bertin in the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Elias Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bravona's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Restu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lorenzo Quintyn made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Isaac Hibai sent off a good shot on target. Zacarias Neto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Bertin's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Elias Restu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Zacarias Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Rosendo Garci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pericotes and the Bravona players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pericotes getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Rosendo Garci hit a great ball. Ceferino Bertin scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Restu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Neto having to interfere. In the 74th minute Ceferino Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcelo Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
