Ganar Gustar Golear FC's Filiberto Astrada got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Filiberto Astrada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ganar Gustar Golear FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pericotes the free kick. After 9 played minutes Ganar Gustar Golear FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Astrada. Dionisio Gartzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Chucho having to interfere. Zacarias Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Astrada in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pericotes's Isaac Hibai got a free kick in the 20th minute. Niceto Boniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Zacarias Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Neto having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Dionisio Gartzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ganar Gustar Golear FC's Filiberto Chucho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filiberto Astrada in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Neto saved Pericotes from getting behind. Honorio Lixandro's late challenge caught a Ganar Gustar Golear FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorio Lixandro helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Pericotes got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Lixandro. Ganar Gustar Golear FC's Virgilio Manex got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Filiberto Astrada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Filiberto Astrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Marcelo Tartalo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pericotes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Pericotes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ganar Gustar Golear FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filiberto Astrada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filiberto Chucho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Tartalo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Marcelo Tartalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Chucho having to interfere. Filiberto Chucho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Gartzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Virgilio Manex ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. A collision led to Pericotes getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Dionisio Gartzi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgilio Manex got free with Zacarias Neto in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Dionisio Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Chucho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Dionisio Gartzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Filiberto Chucho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgilio Manex scored 2-4 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niceto Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Pericotes's goalkeeper Zacarias Neto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiberto Astrada. Isaac Hibai hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Zacarias Neto made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Virgilio Manex sent off a good shot on target. When Niceto Boniel came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ganar Gustar Golear FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Boniel couldn't finish the play. Virgilio Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Neto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Astrada in the 96th minute of play forced Pericotes's goalkeeper Zacarias Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Filiberto Astrada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pericotes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ganar Gustar Golear FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
