Felix Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Bernat having to interfere. Abel Domiku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Fausto Amato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nuestro Padre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thunders the free kick. After 13 minutes, Abel Domiku made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nuestro Padre's Leon Bernat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bonifacio Mon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. In the 24th minute, Bonifacio Mon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Abel Domiku's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leon Bernat was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 40th minute of the match Thunders got a corner. Nuestro Padre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albino Garci ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thunders's Albino Garci was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leon Bernat in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 43rd minute, Abel Domiku got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Leonel Gagriel made the kick off in the second half. Leon Bernat was a little too slow when Bonifacio Mon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 55th minute, one of Thunders:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Thunders. Thunders:s Rosendo Umea showed great skill when he stopped David Patxi:s penalty. Abel Domiku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Leon Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Felix Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. When Nuestro Padre's Leonel Gagriel in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thunders's goalie prevented a goal. Thunders's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
