Leon Bernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Mon in the 11th minute of play. Mauricio Sesuldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Bernat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Faustino Urki struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Leon Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ushuaia FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Severiano Gaitano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ubaldo Unai. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Faustino Urki hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severiano Gaitano got free with Ubaldo Unai in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, David Patxi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuestro Padre's supporters rose to their feet, but David Patxi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
