The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Andres Celio sped through Casla's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelo Montxo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Tono in the 22nd minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper 汪海皓 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Celio took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Montxo. In the 38th match minute, Casla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Mon to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Casla booed when INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Mambru came free, but 汪海皓 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Celio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Montxo having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Severiano Burni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
