He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vendetta FC reached it. When Filomeno Vergaray fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vendetta FC's protests and gave Filomeno Vergaray a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Racing BA's Luis Tonio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Serafin Inocente. The player immediately received a yellow card. 29 minutes into the match, Racing BA's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Enekoitz came free, but Inocencio Ixidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Tonio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Oscar Cordareo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Serafin Inocente. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bonifacio Meder to make the kick off. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vendetta FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing BA.
