Scott Plumber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelikan Baler, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Hernan Erroman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hachiroku F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MORENO FC the free kick. Scott Plumber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Çelikan Baler's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Evelio Gerazan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Enrique Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francho Helguera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çelikan Baler in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Scott Plumber, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Çelikan Baler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scott Plumber having to interfere. Francho Helguera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Dantel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hachiroku F.C.'s zone, Evelio Gerazan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scott Plumber came out of the goal and Evelio Gerazan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Quintan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francho Helguera having to interfere. Enrique Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Arsenio Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scott Plumber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Hernan Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Quintan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francho Helguera having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çelikan Baler made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Quintan in the 52nd minute of play forced MORENO FC's goalkeeper Francho Helguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Enrique Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hachiroku F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Quintan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When MORENO FC's Çelikan Baler in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Çelikan Baler put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Scott Plumber. Scott Plumber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Goren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Hachiroku F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Goren came free, but Scott Plumber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MORENO FC's Arsenio Goren got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
