Tommy Verhaghe scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Ciceron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 7th minute, Jacobo Egoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafinha Mello during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 14 played minutes Vitaliteam got a freekick which was hit by Damian Isidor. A collision led to SPORTIVO BRAGADO getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gaudencio Iratze hit a great ball. Ciriaco Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Paublo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The SPORTIVO BRAGADO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vitaliteam were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osmar Araújo to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Vitaliteam's Rafinha Mello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Ciceron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ciriaco Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osmar Araújo in the 66th minute of play. SPORTIVO BRAGADO's Osmar Araújo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacobo Egoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Eduino having to interfere. Vitaliteam were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over SPORTIVO BRAGADO's much stronger midfield.
