After a rather tough play, Racing BA's Severiano Magdaleno got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Racing BA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Francho to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Racing BA booed when SPORTIVO BRAGADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmar Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Ciceron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Magdaleno's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. A collision led to SPORTIVO BRAGADO getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Severiano Magdaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing BA's supporters rose to their feet, but Severiano Magdaleno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Ciceron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Inocencio Ixidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Paublo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Severiano Magdaleno put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Miguel Ciceron. Osmar Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miguel Ciceron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was beautiful to see Racing BA's Herminio Bidun in action when he in the 94th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Osmar Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
