Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Arnaldo Cesaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Amado Manny was a little too slow when Tomas Piarres got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Libertad Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Cesaro came free, but Anibal Vedillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Va el Tercero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severo Guilabertus in the 16th minute. When Arnaldo Cesaro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Va el Tercero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Cesaro couldn't finish the play. Arnaldo Cesaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Vedillo having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Arnaldo Cesaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Libertad Sporting Club's Anibal Vedillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Piarres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Amado Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Bartolo Atarrabi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Vedillo. Libertad Sporting Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Atarrabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Filomeno Jon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Va el Tercero's Amado Manny got control of the ball when Filomeno Jon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Filomeno Jon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tomas Piarres made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Nemesio Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Va el Tercero's Amado Manny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Piarres in the 55th minute of play. Amado Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Piarres, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The Va el Tercero fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Va el Tercero's Arnaldo Cesaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st match minute, Libertad Sporting Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Steven to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th play minute Arnaldo Cesaro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anibal Vedillo. 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Cesaro got free with Anibal Vedillo in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnaldo Cesaro's late challenge caught a Libertad Sporting Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Cesaro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Va el Tercero's Arnaldo Cesaro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Va el Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Piarres came free, but Amado Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Tomas Piarres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amado Manny. Va el Tercero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Piarres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Amado Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Piarres, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Amado Manny came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Libertad Sporting Club's Tomas Piarres. But to his dismay, Tomas Piarres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. Tomas Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Manny having to interfere. Arnaldo Cesaro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Anibal Vedillo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Amado Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Piarres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Libertad Sporting Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Lizardi to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Va el Tercero eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
