In the 12th match minute, Patagones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Jordy to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Cilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Jairo Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Primitivo Bizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maipú's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Bizi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ambrosio Jerrold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Liberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Eleuterio Telo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Romano took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ambrosio Jerrold. Ambrosio Jerrold dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ambrosio Jerrold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Ferran in the 35th minute of the match. Ambrosio Jerrold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Patagones's Jairo Lucila suffered a sore thigh after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Larra during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Maipú's Inocencio Larra got a free kick in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Patagones's Hugo Sabin got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Alejo Garin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maipú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patagones the free kick. After 45 played minutes Maipú got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Garin. The Maipú players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patagones were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Primitivo Bizi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Inocencio Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maipú's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Larra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Primitivo Bizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Cilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Orixe having to interfere. The supporters of Maipú booed when Patagones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Sabin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Bizi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Orixe was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Erasmo Lluciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Orixe having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Primitivo Bizi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Siro Orixe came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Maipú's Miguel Rozarius. But to his dismay, Miguel Rozarius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 95th minute, Maipú's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Angelo Berto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Patagones were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Maipú's much stronger midfield.
