When General Alvear's Clemente Theobald in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Roca's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Wittemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Theobald in the 12th minute of the match. Tomas Wittemans came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by General Alvear's Angelino Berasko. But to his dismay, Angelino Berasko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Clemente Theobald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Deportivo Roca getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Americo Gentza hit a great ball. Amancio Enekoitz's late challenge caught a Deportivo Roca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amancio Enekoitz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportivo Roca booed when General Alvear was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Enekoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Wittemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Theobald in the 43rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Clemente Theobald sped through Deportivo Roca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomas Wittemans. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Gentza made a kick off. Clemente Theobald scored 1-4 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Wittemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Deportivo Roca's Americo Gentza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredo Anaya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. General Alvear's Alfredo Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Gentza in the 63rd minute of play. If Paulo Kaxen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Clemente Theobald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Wittemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. A collision led to Deportivo Roca getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Cagua Villabona hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Roca's Felix Flor got a free kick in the 87th minute. Paulo Kaxen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Tomas Wittemans made a huge save. Deportivo Roca's Tomas Wittemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Theobald in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes in the game Segundo Victoro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Flor. General Alvear played a much better game than Deportivo Roca and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Roca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
