Rodrigo Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Quintun having to interfere. Pascual Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. La Bestia FC's Ramiro Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Fliz in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Baristo in the 17th minute of play forced Pillahuincó AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cleto Illan came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the La Bestia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Illan couldn't finish the play. After 41 played minutes, La Bestia FC's Igor Gentza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pascual Quintun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Bestia FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Illan in the 43rd minute of play forced Pillahuincó AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Baristo was the one to do the kick off. Sixto Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pascual Quintun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Quintun having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Albano Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Cleto Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Bestia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Illan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Quintun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fulgencio Abad's late challenge caught a La Bestia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Abad helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pillahuincó AFC's Fulgencio Abad got a free kick in the 65th minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Cleto Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Bestia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Illan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Baristo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Pascual Quintun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Baristo in the 72nd minute of play forced Pillahuincó AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Illan got free with Pascual Quintun in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pascual Quintun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Foro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Rodrigo Baristo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pascual Quintun, passed just outside the right post. In the 85th minute, Sixto Foro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pillahuincó AFC's Jairo Ralondo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Bestia FC. Ramiro Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rey in the 89th minute of play. Pascual Quintun made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Cleto Illan sent off a good shot on target. La Bestia FC played a much better game than Pillahuincó AFC and deserved their victory. The Pillahuincó AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
