After a rather tough play, Mangiaterra UTD's Urbano Millano got a free kick in the 5th minute. Clemente Mazuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Senio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mangiaterra UTD's goalkeeper Clemente Mazuste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Darragueira's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Millano came free, but Cleto Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Darragueira's Freddy Senio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Mazuste made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mangiaterra UTD's Clemente Mazuste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Senio in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Mangiaterra UTD's Urbano Millano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cleto Duarte. Cleto Duarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Clemente Mazuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Senio in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Senio in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Mazuste saved Mangiaterra UTD from getting behind. After some careless play in the Mangiaterra UTD defense, Freddy Senio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Mazuste. The Mangiaterra UTD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Mazuste should have stopped the shot. If Ata Oykan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clemente Mazuste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Lucila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Darragueira were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Millano made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Efrain Jaunti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruben Lucila hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ata Oykan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Duarte having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ruben Lucila kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Mazuste. That made the score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. Cleto Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Ler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Darragueira defense, Ata Oykan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Duarte. The Darragueira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Duarte should have stopped the shot. Clemente Mazuste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruben Lucila in the 74th minute. Cleto Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Ler in the 77th minute of play. Freddy Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Mazuste having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Urbano Millano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darragueira's Cleto Duarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. German Rubio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. A collision led to Darragueira getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Saverio Normando hit a great ball. Cleto Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Clemente Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Abancens in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Mangiaterra UTD lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
