Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dionisio Jakes made the kick off which started today's match. Rogelio Confesor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes Carpintería AFC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Raymundo. CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save CARCARAJO from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Estefan in the 18th minute of play. Rogelio Confesor was a little too slow when Dionisio Jakes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in CARCARAJO's zone, Dionisio Jakes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Confesor came out of the goal and Dionisio Jakes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Carpintería AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Estefan came free, but Baltasar Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Jimeno Leocadio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rogelio Confesor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogelio Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Lluques in the 42nd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Blas Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Estefan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpintería AFC's goalkeeper Baltasar Florinio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogelio Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Leocadio in the 56th minute of play. CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Leocadio in the 59th minute of play. Jimeno Leocadio took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Confesor. Rogelio Confesor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Jakes in the 72nd minute of play forced CARCARAJO's goalkeeper Rogelio Confesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Carpintería AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Remigio Sein hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute, Dionisio Jakes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Confesor was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 87 minutes into the game, Blas Suero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Rogelio Confesor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute Blas Suero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Confesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Carpintería AFC had played much better football throughout.
