When Aaron Gabrio came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Vilelas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Gabrio couldn't finish the play. In the 17th match minute, Franck FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Savion to maneuver through the defense. Vilelas AFC's Aaron Gabrio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 21 played minutes Franck FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Erauso. Rogelio Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Oinaz in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Vilelas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Ixona came free, but Rogelio Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Vilelas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Tauro to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Perico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Fagildo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Aaron Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Franck FC reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eleuterio Ixona to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Vilelas AFC's goalkeeper Rogelio Fagildo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roque Oinaz. The audience was convinced that Aaron Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Perico was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After 58 played minutes Franck FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Savion. With a little luck, Vilelas AFC's Rogelio Fagildo got control of the ball when Roque Oinaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rogelio Fagildo was a little too slow when Eleuterio Ixona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-3. Roque Oinaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Rogelio Fagildo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Vilelas AFC's Gonzalo Berdaitz got a free kick in the 70th minute. Niceto Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Perico having to interfere. Aaron Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 86thth minute of the game Aaron Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Franck FC's Filomeno Perico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Niceto Abeijon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Perico was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Filomeno Perico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Berdaitz in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Franck FC booed when Vilelas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Ibañez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Although Vilelas AFC had been in control for most of the match, Franck FC still came away with the win.
