Guaberto Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Elia in the 8th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Mataderos del Abuelo got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Eate. Bravos Muchachitos were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Mataderos del Abuelo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enrique Vitin took the corner. Enrique Vitin made a great header on Bravos Muchachitos's corner, it was just that Mataderos del Abuelo's Mauro Salvadore managed to reach the ball for a save. The throw-in from Iker Bakar in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bravos Muchachitos's Fermin George. After having played for 23 minutes, Gaudencio Montez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bravos Muchachitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Montez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cirilo Elia in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Columbo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Faustino Stanislao took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guaberto Columbo. Guaberto Columbo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 32ndth minute of the game Faustino Stanislao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bravos Muchachitos's Guaberto Columbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Faustino Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cirilo Elia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaudencio Montez to strike the kick off in the second half. Cirilo Elia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fermin George kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Mataderos del Abuelo's Adolfo Criston broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mataderos del Abuelo's Faustino Stanislao got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enrique Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaberto Columbo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Stanislao in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes Mataderos del Abuelo got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Eate. Adolfo Criston's late challenge caught a Bravos Muchachitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Criston helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the game, one of Mataderos del Abuelo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cirilo Elia in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guaberto Columbo saved Bravos Muchachitos from getting behind. Faustino Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Columbo having to interfere. Serafin Eate hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Cesar Telmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bravos Muchachitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Telmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Eate hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
