Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) C. A. Unión's Ezequiel Gizon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Aaron Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilelas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Gabrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Juvenal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arturo Juvenal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Vilelas AFC's Rogelio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Gizon in the 14th minute of play. When Modesto Gervaso fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Unión's protests and gave Modesto Gervaso a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C. A. Unión! Arturo Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, C. A. Unión's Saul Sandaili got a free kick in the 30th minute. Eriberto Ibañez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Arturo Juvenal made a huge save. Arturo Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Gabrio in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Aaron Gabrio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vilelas AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Aaron Gabrio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Arturo Juvenal made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Gabrio in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Juvenal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the game, Laureano Acosta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rogelio Fagildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Gabrio to strike the kick off in the second half. When C. A. Unión's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Gabrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Mateo Duarte fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Unión's protests and gave Mateo Duarte a yellow card for diving instead. Mateo Duarte hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Isidro Gonzo in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vilelas AFC's Luisito Tauro. When Vilelas AFC's Aaron Gabrio in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Unión's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Gabrio in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Juvenal saved C. A. Unión from getting behind. Gonzalo Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Arturo Juvenal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Aaron Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Unión's Arturo Juvenal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Aaron Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Juvenal was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After having played for 88 minutes, Niceto Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilelas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Abeijon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niceto Abeijon's late challenge caught a C. A. Unión's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niceto Abeijon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C. A. Unión booed when Vilelas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball.
